How many more calories will I burn jogging than Brisk Walking?
Hope most of the people who are doing daily morning walking will have this question in their mind.
Have we ever measured or judged on this?
But it is must whatever we do we need to judge ourselves... So here.. the answer for the above question..
Jogging burns about 20% more calories than Brisk Walking..
Its each one of our responsibility to stop this Global Warming. So we need to take a pledge that during March 27, 2010 at 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm, we should use electricity and put off for one hour to save our Earth.

For the past two days (March 22, 23, 2010) in Airtel - Super Singer, the song theme is about Nila ('Moon'), almost all songs are Old-Golden Songs sung by each contest. For the first day of the 3rd week of March the chief guest Thiru. P.B. Srinivasan (The Legend of 70's - 80's songs especially songs related to 'Nila') made the stage to feel to remember those golden days by listening to the kids song and he suggested few tips of how to express the feelings of song while singing. That was excellent to hear from the a great Legend like Srinivasan Sir.
