The Interview Day

It was Wednesday Morning, an interview day which was informed one day before about the skilled interview projected for two personnel’s. With no doubt both are technically stuffed personnel’s. This time both of them didn’t take that much serious since the same situation happened twice and the information ended without any interviews. The clock ringed the bell at 2 p.m., the time for first person’s interview; it went for 10-15mins. The next person was asked to come one hour later for the interview. Note: this is a telephonic interview. Time is now 3’O clock the second person’s interview went on with the same duration. Both were sent out with the usual message “The result will be announced later”. One day after a message from HR and it was about the interview result that one of the second person got selected for the second round of that interview. Now this time it was not telephonic, it is a client place interview and work is also going to be projected from there.

Time to visit Bengalore, second person was given only one day time for that interview, this time no technical questions it is all about the personnel’s attitude. Interview gone well & again the usual message “The result will be announced later”.

Day after interview went on with no information or result and no questions in mind but still some expectation exists in mind.

The next day (i.e., second day from the interviewed day) he was pinged by HR to meet in person and there the surprised awaited for him. Lots of questions roamed in mind till reaching the HR place whether I will receive usual message “will approach you later/ you are not best enough/ you are not selected”. By the time he reaches the HR place and he was informed that

‘You are selected man’

He was exhilarated and immense. He is the first person going to work from client place. His entire friends wished him to do good job. If he makes satisfy client requirements, company is more proud by realizing his good work.

Now it is his time
